Your privacy matters to me. This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website or get in touch, and which rights you have.

I am the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).
2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser sends: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, and browser and device information. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and not used to identify you. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are stored on this website itself and are not loaded from third parties.
4. Getting in touch
When you write to me by email or through the contact form, I process the details you give me (your name, your email address and the content of your message) in order to answer you and, where it applies, to arrange and carry out sessions (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).
Messages from the contact form are delivered to my inbox by the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend only passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
You decide how much you tell me. If your message contains information about your health or other sensitive personal matters, I process it only on the basis of your consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR), treat it as confidential and never pass it on. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to me.
I delete your messages once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep them (for example invoices, which must be kept for tax purposes).
5. Youtube videos
The Practices page shows videos from my Youtube channel. The player is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is only loaded after you click on play. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set cookies and process further data, also in the USA. The basis is your consent, given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 6. Newsletter
The newsletter is run through Beehiiv (beehiiv Inc., USA). The newsletter buttons on this website lead to my page at Beehiiv; you sign up there, and no newsletter data is collected on this website. Beehiiv's own privacy policy applies to the sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, for example Yoga Now Berlin for class bookings, and Youtube. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- be informed about the data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17)
- have the processing restricted (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing that is based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- withdraw a consent you have given, at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3))
